COSMIC BUS: And Then Something Went Snap! – Musings on The Taurus Full Moon

Ok, they're all pretty intense, but this event, another Hades Moon, is about to take the cake, and don't tell me you ain't feeling it.

FULL MOON IN TAURUS, 26 OCTOBER 2026

The Full Moon at 2°45′ Taurus opposes the Sun in Scorpio, with both making an exceptionally tight square to Pluto in Aquarius. All three occupy fixed signs, forming a powerful T-square, with the fourth, unoccupied point falling around 3° Leo. I'll have a bit to say on this.

Taurus, of course, concerns our material security, possessions, values, our resistance to change and our romance with nature and its conservatism, both in the body and all around. Nice. And on the heels of the Libra New Moon, two lunations ruled by Venus, who is doing some whack Rx shit to us in Scorpio. And Scorpio dredges up buried, suppressed emotions, dark little secrets, demons , dependencies, resentments and the uncomfortable business of letting go. It would rather die, and hence its reputation with death, irrevocable change and that sense that life is never quite gonna be the same.

Pluto (ruler of Scorpio) now stationed direct in Aquarius adds a much larger dimension, involving collective power, social control, extreme group behaviour, and the deeply ingrained patterns we inherit through families, institutions, cults, cultures and cultivations...

So, with Mercury also joining the retro rat pack in Scorpio, we're talking about old grievances, ancestral conditioning, generational trauma, psychological manipulation, mass psychosis, and the extraordinary lengths people will go to in order to protect what they believe belongs to them, including their right to think the thoughts and hold the judgements about those who have somehow wronged them, historically speaking.

A lot of fixed-sign energy, stubbornness, resistance and the refusal to compromise are central issues leading into the next month. There's a lot to unpack, and I'm not giving much away because I'm saving it for my cosmic crew: bus stops here within the hour, as promised; always fun, don't miss:
