The most significant corporatisation deals are always signed amidst the tumult of major economic or political discord, before laws can be made clear and effective regulations can be implemented, where the mood is a bit bitter, prices are amenable and the politicians are loose.
I know, I know… you’re probably thinking what’s all this got to do with me and what do I care? But do you remember that time when your life was in a complete shambles, you were between jobs, no money, fighting with your parents and had kids to feed and you thought it was a good idea to hook up and move in with that dude because he was a total genius with computers?
