Ok, here we go, peeps,
this is it, now
When power begets more power
and absolute power gets out of control…
It always ends in tears, for fears that it’s impossible to tell who is the real narcissist and who is fighting for his sovereignty.
Is it the one who is beheaded and dethroned
or the one who’s forced to take his place by force?
After all the performative virtue signalling, there’s never doubting who is the extreme controller.
When a controller comes up against someone who’s out of control the combination could become explosive.
In the aftermath, there is always the funk of heavy trauma.
Things are about to get super-nasty until we learn about power…

Maybe none of this is about control. Maybe it isn’t really about who can own whom, who can do what to whom and get away with it, even as far as death. Maybe it isn’t about who can sit and who has to kneel or stand or lie down, legs spread open. Maybe it’s about who can do what to whom and be forgiven for it. Never tell me it amounts to the same thing.”

This chart along with several others in my stargazer’s hotlist is nothing short of pure fascination:
