Focus on people and work only on things that align with your values and goals. Take time away from that job or those whom you have identified are out to mess with your mind.

This year has kicked off with extreme velocity to become grounded. However, the gravity of our situation must not be allowed to bring us down.

Self-care is especially vital during times of stress or agitation. In order for things to straighten out, make time for yourself and engage in activities you enjoy. Go for a walk, read a book, and spend time with loved ones.

In order to reframe what’s happened, to heal and repair, prioritise working on what benefits you most, set clear boundaries, communicate effectively, practice self-care, and take time to relax and rejuvenate.
