Everything you ever wanted
anything your heart could ever dream that’s good,
even riches beyond the wildest scope of your imagination
are one day, soon, miraculously, to be made manifest for you

This sort of promise was once the domain of mysticism and religion alone
whose special myths decry that if you can renounce or depose your need for momentary pleasures
work hard, suffer, sacrifice, die a noble death,
then you stood a chance of passing into the kingdom of heaven.
This concept of “rewards in a future life”
whether by voluntarily or coerced abnegation of earthly desires
is nothing but a mythical projection of the revolution in the head.
This is where religions have failed us
they have not helped to conquer humanity’s incessant need for comfort, security, pleasure and satisfaction
instead, they have nearly made monsters of us all
Only science
our alchemical quest for greater knowledge of ourselves
and of the magical properties of how this universe really works
comes closest to helping humans solve the problems around scarcity, hunger, disease, division and suffering,
Only science grants intellectual freedom and mental relief
from the anguish and the uncertainty about our mortality
for during our earnest efforts (now) to know more,
there is the promise of practical, workable gains at the end.

This (June 10) is the final NN eclipse to occur in Gemini. After this, and into 2022/23 the eclipses will pulse through the Taurus/Scorpio axis – a time when we must learn to relinquish control and come to ‘ground’ – all of us – learn to overcome our addictions and temptations and step into seeding and appreciation of the abundance that is here, on this earth, in this life. It is a special time, but we must work hard to be real… to make ‘it’ real…. (note that ‘Hybrid Eclipse’, at the critical degree).
